Age-banded pricing in three tiers. Water is included in every tier — FAMREPS supplies water on the day. Upgrade tiers add the branded T-shirt and goodie bag.
Spectator tickets are open to everyone — family, friends and the public are welcome. One flat price at the gate: Adult R60, Child R40. Under-5s enter free.

Individual entries are paid by card at checkout. After you submit your details, checkout generates your unique payment reference, which looks like FAMREPS-TIX-8XQ3RT. Card payment confirms your place immediately.
School block bookings, corporate teams and sponsors can pay by card or by bank transfer against the reference their booking issues. Transfers are confirmed manually, so allow a little longer for the confirmation.

Same course, same standards as Teachers/Parents. Corporate teams are measured against every other company on the day — results are published after the event.
The field is capped so every division gets a proper heat. Places are taken as entries are confirmed — when they are gone, they are gone.

Frederick and Arrie built FAMREPS together — the course format, the station architecture, the Gladiator Finisher. The question Frederick kept asking through all of it was who gets to be on the field: a Grade R learner and their parent racing the same morning, nobody left watching from the fence. He coaches families year-round, so every standard on race day is one he has already watched real people reach.
Arrie designed that same race alongside Frederick, and answers for what it asks of a body. Every load, distance and progression is set so one architecture holds for a five-year-old on Mini Movers and a parent on the Adult Open — scaled, screened and measurable rather than guessed at. He runs injury screening and the on-day medical protocol, which is why nobody here is asked to attempt a one-rep max to prove anything.
